This is a little about me and my hobby which I am so passionate about at times, well all the time really.
Abigail Colby - A Cheerful Mind
Well she is finished and I have loved every stitch within her, what a delightful sampler she has been to stitch its such a shame it has come to an end.
The verse I just love. My fabric choice was 40ct linen in White (I still can't decide whether to coffee spray the finished piece yet or not - what do you think?) and I have used WDW Pea Coat 1 over 2. The designer is 'Primitive Traditions'.
A Cheerful Mind looks much smaller on my pictures than it actually is she measures approx 14" x 12.5". Now to pick a frame and get her up on the wall, as this is the basis finish for the start of my sampler wall.

Congratulations on a very pretty finish, Su!
Congratulations on finishing your beautiful sampler Su! Your sampler wall will be amazing, I'm sure. I do like things that are aged sometimes, but in my opinion this is lovely just the way it is. I don't think I would spray it with coffee.
Gosh it is gorgeous, Su! I think a coffee spray or just as it is, your choice will be the perfect one. What a lovely piece to use as the focal point of your sampler wall.
Its gorgeous as it is Su, I don't think I would coffee spray it
Beautiful finish! Congratulations!
what a beautiful finish. I just love that color. I will have to now look for this chart as that saying is very nice.
Take Care
Su, it's beautiful JUST the way it is. I wouldn't stain or change it in anyway. It's stunning!
That is so pretty. Not sure coffee would add anything to it but then I do like aged looking samplers. Just lovely work.
This is beautiful!!!!!!!
Superb!
Really wonderful finish!!!
Oh that's wonderful!
Su a really gorgeous finish. I have decided that I love stitching with one color and one thread the best and I bet that's why you loved this one so much. Lots and lots of Love Patti xxx
Wonderful finish, congrats. It will be the perfect center piece for your sampler wall. CJ ok;-)
GORGEOUS! And I'd leave her alone :)
I think she's too pretty to have coffee dashed in her face ;)
A sampler wall...Oh MY! I'm working on one too~!
Beautiful as always Su. I would just leave this piece.
It's just beautiful! And I love the verse too.

What a wonderful finish Su! I just love it! It's beautiful as is, but I'm sure if you coffee-dye it, I'll adore it that way too :)
Gorgeous! I love the color you chose. My vote would be for a coffee dye, I love the antique color it give a piece :-).
This is beautiful! It looks great the way it is but if you think you want it to look a little "older" (which is what I prefer :)) then tea or coffee stain it by all means. Right now, it looks "new". Just MHO :)
I think it's stunning just as it is!
Congratulations on this beautiful finish!
It is beautiful, I think I'd leave it in crisp white, and then stitch it again, and age that one. forever indecisive - LOL
fabulous work:)

It's awesome Su - congrats!! It's a beautiful sampler and your new bedroom decor sounds wonderful as well. I'm not sure if I would tea-dye the sampler or not...tough decision! Once you start you can't go back so if you do....go slowly, you can always do it multiple times to get the look you want.
Absolutely wonderful!!! Nice finish!
Abigail is gorgeous Su, congratulations
How did I miss this one? Wow! What a beautiful addition for your sampler wall!
Beautiful finish Su, I would leave it this untouched colour having seen it IRL :-) Take care hun xx
Its beautiful this way so I am voting for you to leave it as is. and what a pretty exchange piece you sent for Edgar, so glad he got is safely. ^_^
Fantastic work! I love the thread and the design is just gorgeous! Congratulations with a wonderful finish
My vote is to leave it as it - I thinks it's perfectly adorable!
