My first ornament this year

Photobucket

I have been itching to show you this wonderful ornament that I received last week before I went away, today is my first opportunity - isn't it lovely! I don't know yet who my exchange partner was that was sending to me from Stitch & Stash Christmas exchange, but she sure got this ornament right for me, I really love it and thankyou to whomever it is that sent it - I find out next month I think.

I had a great time over at my parents and visiting my sister and her family and I had a lovely time in York on the Saturday, apart from my Marks & Spencer experience and the fact I hardly got a Christmas present bought - remind me next year not to 'do' York for Christmas present shopping it was a total bleugh!! Never mind I will finish off on the 5th December over here at home.

I have more to show - maybe tomorrow or Thursday, mum and I did our annual ornament exchange and boy is it a cracker that mum made for me, its adorable and I am spoilt!!

Tomorrow I am going to a funeral of a very lovely lady, it will be a sad day I think.

Happy Thanksgiving to my American readers!

Sorry about the loss of the lovely lady you mention. I hope the funeral celebrates the joy of having known her.
