Another day, another ornament

Well here is another of my Christmas ornies, this one is a gift for a dear friend, I really enjoyed stitching this one. Its stitched on 28ct linen, the wee partridge is 2/1 tent stitch which has been tweeded to give the mottled effect. The design is by Hillside Samplings and is called Christmas 1996 - I call it partridge in a pear tree LOL!!!.

Wow Susie how cute this ornament is! I think it kind of looks like the pear tree in my Pear Tree Inn, but it has so much more character with the partrige in the top!! Great job!! Debby

Hey, this must be my favourite of all your ornies. Love the others too, though! Your finishing is, as ever, perfect!

Su,
Another stunner. Someone stitched this up for me two years ago but your beautiful trim makes it look completely different. It's really lovely, The trim is like the icing on a cake, it finishes it off peffectly.
Hugs, Angela
