This is a little about me and my hobby which I am so passionate about at times, well all the time really.
Angels Sent
Another ornament from the 2010 JCS Ornament mag. This one is by 'Still stitching with Susan, LLC and is called Angels sent. I have stitched it on 32ct antique white linen and used a snippet of red silk thread I had in my stash - I've lost the label from the thread so I couldn't tell you what colour it is or make, but I was pleased with how the varigation turned out., I've trimmed it with some red pom pom braid.
Quiet weekend this weekend here, Harry and I have been out a couple of times for a little walk and we delivered cards and some pressies, he seemed to like that but there again he is a sociable little fella.

Two beautiful little angel ornaments in this post and the previous one. So different in style but I love both.
I love your ornaments. They are very beautiful.
Ich wünsche einen schönen, besinnlichen 3. Advent ! Liebe Grüße Ines und die Casarth-Bären

Love, love, love your finishing. The little angel is just beautiful.
Love how you finished this and also the previous ornament. You do lovely work.
How is Harry?? need some pics!!
Enjoy the Season.
What a pretty ornament--beautifully stitched and finished! It's funny how you don't really take notice of a design in a magazine, but then you see it all stitched up so prettily on someone's blog and you add it to your "must stitch list!"
OOO have just found your blog and your work is lovely :) I absolutely adore harry :) I also went to harrogate and had a fantastic time even with the snow :)
have added myself as a follower so I can keep up with Harry's exploits ..lol
take care love mouse xxxx
Your ornaments are fantastic !!
So creative :)
I LOVE the way this turned out! And that pompom trim has just the right amount of bling!!!
Just beautiful! A question, when you put on the pompom braid did you sew it or glue it? I'm new to finishing smalls, and trying to learn... :-)

Beautiful ornaments... you've been very busy.
What a pretty little ornament, and I love the sparkly pom pom braid
Such a sweet finish. Happy Holidays!
Your thread selection and finishing are perfect! Frankly, I hadn't taken much notice of this pattern in the magazing as the finishing was so plain, but your choices just point out how the right execution and finishing make all the difference. Lovely!
Very sweet finish! Great job!
Cute pattern and a lovely finish Su!
Another beautiful ornament Su, and I love your finishing once again. It looks so pretty and festive! Sounds like you and Harry are having lots of fun.
Especially nice are the little pieces of your hands. Fabulous!
That is absolutely beautiful, Su, as are all your other recent finishes. I got this one for my birthday from Lisa and I love it.
This one is so lovely Su, the pom pom edging is just perfect for it.
Magic in the post below is wonderful too, i dont think i'll have time to stitch anymore this year so will have to add this one on my list for next year
Really sweet and lovely.
